Founder

After leading sales teams for top DMCs and a luxury hotel brand, I co-founded GOAT DMC to redefine tailor-made travel with a more personal, meaningful, and authentic approach.
Entrepreneurial and detail-driven, I balance my time between my two greatest passions, my children and GOAT, while staying closely involved in every partnership and operation.
With 20+ years in the industry, I support travel advisors in creating seamless, thoughtful journeys across Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay.

Founder

My journey in the industry spans over 20 years. I’ve had the privilege of navigating diverse landscapes in Hospitality and Corporate Travel. Before launching this venture, I led sales of the region’s most prestigious hotels.
Today, I run our company, developing business around the world, bringing our unique perspective to global roadshows and trade shows.
My goal is to build close and long-lasting relationships based on mutual benefit. Today I’m GOAT’s biggest fan.

Managing Director
With many years of experience in the industry, across both DMCs and prestigious hotels in Argentina, I have worked within the Leisure and Corporate segments, managing FITs, groups, incentives, and events.  Curious, dedicated, and detail-oriented by nature, I truly enjoy learning and continuously improving. I always strive to deliver the best possible experience to our clients while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. I love spending time with family and friends, and while I truly enjoy the comfort of home, I am also passionate about traveling and discovering new places.

CHRISTIAN TERAN

Sales & Operations Manager MICE
As a hospitality and tourism professional with over 15 years of experience in luxury hotels and the MICE industry, I bring a strong background across both operations and commercial roles. This experience has provided a wide and well-rounded perspective on the industry, along with a deep understanding of how to create truly memorable experiences. What inspires me most is connecting with people and bringing ideas to life through meaningful journeys and events. Outside of work, I am passionate about photography, cooking, and traveling.

Program Manager MICE
With several years of experience in the industry, I focus on creating unique and memorable experiences, standing out in group coordination and management. I truly enjoy connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds, and I always strive to provide personalized, high-quality service in every project. Travel, human connections, and attention to detail are what inspire me most in my day-to-day work. I enjoy going for walks with my puppy Kairo and spending quality time with family and friends.

ALDANA MONETTA

Program Manager MICE
With a background in hospitality and events, I bring a strong service-oriented approach and always strive to add value both internally and in every client experience. I am organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to smooth execution and high standards. What motivates me most is helping create meaningful journeys and ensuring every experience feels thoughtful, seamless, and memorable. I enjoy traveling and planning my own trips, being outdoors, play sports, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Team Leader & Travel Specialist Leisure
As leader of the leisure team, I enjoy creating personalized travel experiences while guiding and supporting the team, working side by side and always giving our best to continuously improve. My journey began in luxury hotels in Buenos Aires, where I developed a strong attention to detail and service excellence. Today, I’m passionate about turning ideas into authentic journeys. I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors, and discovering new destinations and cultures.

ROCIO ORTEGA

Travel Specialist
As a Tourism Technician and Tour Guide, I started my career in El Calafate, guiding travelers through Los Glaciares National Park and sharing the magic and wonders of Patagonia. That experience allowed me to grow professionally and discover how rewarding it is to create unforgettable memories through every trip. I always try to anticipate what clients may expect, working closely with my team to surprise and delight every traveler. I enjoy painting, creative activities, and discovering new places.

With a background in Tourism and Hospitality, I have been building my professional path through customer service experiences that have shaped a warm, thoughtful, and personalized approach to every traveler. I truly enjoy understanding what each person is looking for and guiding them with care to create meaningful experiences. I love reading, fashion, and discovering inspiration in everyday details.

Head of Administration
With long experience in finance and admin positions, I lead the management of GOAT’s DMC resources with a focus on precision and trust. I ensure seamless payment and collection processes while fostering strong relationships with our global network of clients and suppliers. My goal is to guarantee financial stability and long-term efficiency, providing the solid foundation for our company’s success.

MARCELA LASSO

Administration
After more than 10 years of experience in healthcare administration, I decided to take on a new challenge and venture into the travel industry by joining this wonderful team. Today, I contribute with my accounting knowledge, adaptability, and eagerness to keep learning and growing in a completely different field. I truly enjoy teamwork and building shared goals. I enjoy playing soccer and spending meaningful time with family and friends.
