I enjoy going for walks with my puppy Kairo and spending quality time with family and friends.

Whether it’s working with guests at the front desk, keeping things running smoothly in operations, or focusing on sales and revenue in the commercial department, I’ve learned how to adapt and make things work.What really drives me is meeting new people, learning about different cultures, and always aiming to deliver the best experience for our clients.Â

During the last years of my degree in Tourism and Hotel Management, I had the opportunity to work in prestigious 5 star hotels located in Buenos Aires. These experiences allowed me to grow and develop as a professional, and to learn about the importance of attention to detail and excellence in service. My goal is to create unforgettable experiences for our travelers, fulfilling their wishes and dreams.

I have a degree in Tourism and Hospitality, with a solid track record in customer service. Over the years, this experience allowed me to grow and consolidate myself as a professional committed to the quality of service and the satisfaction of each traveler. My goal is to provide tailored advice, listening to every need to transform each trip into a unique experience, with dedication and detail at every step.
ROCIO ORTEGA
After finishing my degree, I started working as a tour guide in Los Glaciares National Park, one of the most impressive natural wonders in Argentina. Being there was an incredible and enriching experience, allowing me to be in contact with people from all over the world and making each visit unique. I currently work as a Travel Designer at GOAT DMC and my goal is to design dream trips, exactly as our clients imagine them, creating unique and personalized adventures for each traveler.
CECILIA BENATI
I have been part of different teams in different industries and from each experience, I have acquired very valuable skills and tools. To do the bookkeeping of a company that provides very high standards of service, you’ve got to be very detail-oriented and organized to keep every number in the right place. I provide data analysis and results reporting to the Executive Leadership Team. With it, they make the best decisions for the business growth.

Graduated in Tourism and currently pursuing a Master in Management with a specialization in Innovation and Business Design, I have developed my career in the hotel and events sector, focusing on reservations, customer service, and operational planning.Today, I work as a Culture & Office Assistant at GOAT DMC, a role that allows me to combine my background in hospitality with new skills in internal operations, commercial support, and organizational development.

I am professional with a vast experience in the Hospitality, Corporate Travel, Meetings and events industries. My focus is Business Development, running the Sales and marketing team where my target is to create close, honest, and long-lasting relationships with clients from our main markets. When I decided to join Eugenia to Co-Found GOAT, I brought skills and tools from previous jobs and incorporated the personal touch for a self-owned business. The result is a Boutique High-End Destination Management Company called GOAT. Go on a trip!
